Requirements for water quality of electronic radiators

We know that the durability of electronic radiators involves multiple factors, and the main factors that determine their service life are: water quality standards, standardized operation, correct selection, and qualified products. After multiple experiments, it was found that electronic radiators have higher water quality requirements than other radiators.

The electronic radiator has good heat dissipation and obvious energy-saving characteristics. In the same room, if radiator of the same specification are used, the number of cast aluminum radiators is less than that of steel radiators. The electronic radiator has good oxidation and corrosion resistance without the need for any additives. Its principle is that once aluminum encounters oxygen in the air, it forms a layer of oxide film, which is both tough and dense, preventing further corrosion of the body material. This type of radiator is integrally die-cast, so there is no problem of weld leakage.

And its biggest advantage is that the product is not limited by the residential heating system, and even in an open boiler system, it can not be corroded by oxygen. Due to the modular design, if the indoor temperature is not enough after a heating season, one or two additional pieces can be installed the next year to meet their needs, without the need to replace the entire set of heating like a steel radiator.

In addition, due to the different water quality requirements of electronic radiators compared to steel, it is necessary to avoid mixing aluminum radiators with other materials for installation, as shown below:

1. There should be certain requirements for the water quality of the cooling water. The electrical resistivity of the circulating water should not be less than 2.5Ki2, and the pH value should be between 6} 9; The inlet water temperature shall not be higher than 35 ℃ and the water flow rate shall be 4-8L/min;

When used for high voltage or high voltage devices, it is necessary to ensure the above water quality requirements or higher water quality requirements;

When working on a water-cooled radiator, special attention should be paid to preventing water leakage, blockage, and condensation.

When installing an air-cooled radiator, the radiator blades should follow the direction of the cooling air flow; The inlet air temperature shall not exceed 400C, and the inlet end wind speed shall be 4-6 mls;

Due to the characteristic of wind resistance parameters in air-cooled radiators, when selecting radiators in the entire machine, the relationship curve between heat resistance, flow resistance, and wind speed of the radiator should be checked based on load requirements and fan capacity, and the two parameters of heat resistance and wind resistance of the radiator should be comprehensively considered.
